j1188 Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between j1188 and any individual who accesses, registers with, or uses the j1188 online casino and sports betting platform available at j1188.club ("the Platform"). These Terms apply to all products and services offered through the Platform, including but not limited to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting, virtual games, and promotional offers.

j1188 operates under a valid international gaming license. The Platform is designed to offer entertainment-based gambling services to eligible users in jurisdictions where such activity is permitted. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before registering or placing any wagers.

These Terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated by reference and form part of this agreement. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall take precedence.

To register a j1188 account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout your use of the Platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. j1188 strictly prohibits use by individuals under this age threshold.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities may not register player accounts.
• You must not be a resident of a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law.
• You must not be a current or former employee of j1188 or any affiliated company, or an immediate family member of such an employee.
• You must not have been previously excluded from j1188 or have had a j1188 account terminated for breach of these Terms.
• You must be the registered owner of the payment method(s) used to fund your account.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information about yourself. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant authorities.

j1188 reserves the right to request identity verification documents — including but not limited to a CNIC, passport, driving licence, or proof of address — at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension.

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the j1188 platform. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity or a different identity — is a breach of these Terms and will result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. j1188 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication via SMS OTP, which is available in your account security settings. You must not share your login details with any third party, and j1188 will not be held liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify j1188 support immediately at [email protected]. j1188 will investigate all such reports and may temporarily suspend your account as a precautionary measure during the investigation period.

• Accounts may be voluntarily closed by contacting j1188 support at any time, subject to any pending wagering requirements on bonus funds.
• j1188 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion, with or without cause, subject to returning any undisputed real-money balance to the player.
• Inactive accounts (no login for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee of PKR 200 per month after the 12-month period, deducted from the available balance.

All deposits and withdrawals on j1188 are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Bank Transfer, UBL Bank Transfer, Meezan Bank Transfer, SadaPay, Raast, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 200. Minimum withdrawal amounts may vary by payment method and are displayed on the cashier page within the platform.

Deposits are credited to your j1188 account balance upon confirmation from the payment provider, which for JazzCash and EasyPaisa typically occurs within two minutes. Bank transfers may take up to one business day to be reflected. USDT TRC20 deposits are credited after the required number of blockchain confirmations.

Withdrawals are processed only to the same payment method and account used for the corresponding deposit, as a standard anti-money laundering control. j1188 does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party accounts. Withdrawal processing times are as follows:

• JazzCash and EasyPaisa: same-day processing, typically within 2–4 hours during business hours.
• HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank transfers: 1–2 business days.
• SadaPay and Raast: same-day processing, typically within 4 hours.
• USDT TRC20: processed within 24 hours subject to network conditions.

j1188 reserves the right to apply additional verification procedures before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or where unusual account activity is detected. j1188 is not responsible for delays caused by the player's payment provider.

j1188 offers various promotional bonuses to both new and existing players, including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and event-based promotions tied to cricket tournaments including the PSL. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published at the time each offer is made.

Unless explicitly stated otherwise in the applicable promotion's terms, the following general bonus conditions apply to all j1188 promotions:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any portion of the bonus or associated winnings may be withdrawn as cash.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time period specified for each promotion. Unused bonus funds will expire at the end of this period.
• j1188 reserves the right to determine which games contribute to wagering requirements and at what percentage. Live casino games and certain high-RTP slots may contribute at a reduced rate or not at all.
• Only one bonus may be active at any one time, unless the applicable promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Bonuses are intended for personal entertainment only. Any evidence of systematic bonus exploitation, including but not limited to low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal variance, will result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• j1188 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time without prior notice.

All bets placed on j1188 — whether on casino games, sports events, or other gaming products — are final once confirmed. Players are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any bet before confirming it. j1188 will not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except in circumstances where a manifest error has occurred on the platform's side.

In the event of a manifest error — including but not limited to incorrect odds, corrupted game data, or a technical fault that resulted in an erroneous game outcome — j1188 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the players' accounts. j1188 will not be obligated to honour winnings arising from manifest errors.

For sports betting, j1188 publishes sport-specific rules governing how markets are settled in the event of match abandonment, postponement, player withdrawal, or other extraordinary circumstances. These rules are available within the sports betting section of the platform and form part of these Terms.

j1188 reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount, maximum payout, or number of open bets for any player or market at its sole discretion. These limits may be applied without prior notice and without providing a reason.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on j1188. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or identity verification.
• Opening multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming multiple welcome bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the platform or place bets.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or loopholes in the platform to obtain credits, bonuses, or winnings to which you are not legitimately entitled.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.
• Charging back any deposit made to j1188 through your payment provider without first attempting to resolve the matter through j1188 support.
• Accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.

All content on the j1188 platform — including but not limited to the platform design, logos, graphics, text, game interfaces, software code, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of j1188 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the j1188 platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the j1188 platform in any way without the prior written consent of j1188.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, j1188, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the j1188 platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

j1188 does not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times or free from technical errors, interruptions, or delays. j1188 will make reasonable efforts to maintain platform availability but accepts no liability for losses arising from platform downtime, including losses of potential winnings during any period when the platform is unavailable.

Gambling involves inherent financial risk. j1188 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur as a result of using the platform. You participate in all gambling activities on j1188 entirely at your own risk.

j1188 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering on j1188, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

j1188 will not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification services, and regulatory bodies where required by law or by our licensing obligations. All data shared with third parties is governed by appropriate data processing agreements.

j1188 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The platform is strictly for adults aged 21 and above and is intended solely as a form of entertainment. j1188 provides the following tools to help players manage their gambling activity:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit. Requests to reduce limits take effect immediately; requests to increase limits take 24 hours to apply.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts to notify you after a set period of continuous play.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications during play showing your session duration and net win/loss position.
• Self-Exclusion: Lock your account for a defined period of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, or permanently. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed during the active exclusion period.
• Account Closure: Permanently close your account at any time by contacting j1188 support.

If you do not agree to any amendments, you must stop using the platform and may close your account.

j1188 may terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, subject to returning any undisputed real-money balance to you via your registered payment method. Termination for cause — such as a breach of these Terms — may result in forfeiture of bonus funds and, where fraudulent conduct is established, forfeiture of all balances.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which j1188 holds its operating license. In the event of a dispute, j1188 encourages players to first contact the support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, the matter may be escalated through the dispute resolution procedures set out by j1188's licensing authority. The decision of the relevant regulatory authority shall be final and binding on both parties with respect to any dispute falling within its jurisdiction.
